Day 1 Arrival in Lucerne Upon arrival at the Lucerne railway station or airport, meet by our representative and transfer to the hotel. The gateway to Central Switzerland, Lucerne is as traditional as it is modern. Famed for its town squares and churches, the city bespeaks its picturesque landscape and innovative skyline. Historical houses decorated with frescoes along with a panoramic view of mountains, and the scenic lakeside setting adds to the charm of the city. Rigi – the Queen of the Mountains – and Mount Pilatus are some of the famous attractions here. On reaching the hotel, complete the check-in procedure and retire to your room.

Day 2 Trip to Mount Titlis Begin your day with a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel, and then gear up for an exciting view of Mount Titlis. Board the ISE train from Lucerne to reach Engelberg, and once here, head to Trübsee via the Titlis Gondola. Get off at the station in Trübsee to begin another small gondola ride to Stand. Here, take the final ride to Mount Titlis, this time in a revolving cable car. This breathtaking ride to an elevation of around 3020 metres above sea level in the revolving gondola will unleash the adventurer in you. For an electrifying experience, you can tread on the Titlis Cliff Walk, an approximately 100-metre long suspension bridge at an altitude of about 3041 metres. The Ice Flyer, another attraction on Mount Titlis, is a chairlift that takes travellers up to the glacier in summers and to the ski slopes during winters. You can also hike through the glacier cave and see ice formations, illuminated in blue. After a fun-filled day on Mount Titlis, return to the hotel to get some sleep.

Day 4 Lucerne to Interlaken After a wholesome breakfast, check-out from the hotel and leave for a train journey to Interlaken via Brünig Pass, and the village of Brienz, famous for wood carvings. Sited between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, is the renowned vacation destination, Interlaken. This unusual town, overlooking the magnificent mountainous Jungfrau region, is situated in Bernese Oberland. A base for numerous adventure activities and excursions, this town is bordered by three mountains, Mönch, Eiger, and Jungfrau, in the south. With more than 45 mountain railroads, chairlifts, cable cars, ski lifts and hordes of hiking trails, Interlaken delights all with its uniqueness. On arriving at your destination, transfer to the hotel and retreat with ample sleep.

Day 4 Glaciers at a Glance Following a hearty breakfast at the hotel, head out for a train ride through the Bernese Oberland region. From the Interlaken Ost station, the expedition will take you through the serene mountainside. Be it the village, Grindelwald, surrounded by a commanding mountainscape, or the holiday resort, Wengen, and stunning Kleine Scheidegg, to the Eiger North Wall, the journey covers them all. Meandering along the Eiger Glacier, Jungfrau railway, which you board in Kleine Scheidegg, reaches the highest station in Europe, Jungfraujoch, located around 3454 metres above sea level. A clear view of the highest glacier in the Alps, Aletsch, can also be observed from here. Post this memorable experience, return to the hotel in Interlaken for an overnight stay.

Day 5 nterlaken to Zermatt | Optional Tour to Rothorn Paradise After a mouth-watering breakfast, check-out from the hotel and continue to the perfect alpine resort, Zermatt. Tourists can choose a route of their choice to reach their destination. Travelling through the Lötschberg Base Tunnel, you get a chance to visit the town of Visp, which has a mesmerising natural setting and is famous for shopping and leisure activities. From Visp, you journey further to arrive in Zermatt. Another alternative, the Regio Express Lötschberger advances through the mountains, covering various destinations. From Kander Viaduct and the tunnel around Felsenburg to the Rhone Valley, which houses large towns, such as Brig and Visp, this route offers imposing numerous views and delights tourists. Lying at the foot of Matterhorn, the vacation village of Zermatt is famed as Matterhorn’s glacier paradise. Following the intriguing trip, head back to the hotel and relax in your room.
